When personal information is submitted
This website does not have forum, comments or other public system for visitors to add content to the website. So no personal information will be shared or displayed.
Where information is submitted to a contact form, this is stored securely and only accessed by Holdingbay staff.
Tracking tools for marketing that record your visits for statistics and improving content are used, and you can request to see your personal data. This is not shared for use outside of what you request.
After 25 May 2018, any request for access to your personal data will be processed im standard timely manor. You can unsubscribe personally from any email received from Holdingbay with a link on each email and the website.
