At this show I care a lot about younger generations as well as new possiblities. With the world moving and changing so fast we all find ourselves needing to keep learning and seeing what is going on it the world.

The Apprentice at BAE that Alex shared his journey to McLaren Racing and through the program at BAE to mentor and lead other younger apprentices. Lastly Jack at Applegate talked in part about their program at the company.
